Mack grabs open wheel win at The Gap

May 12, 2012 - One thing is for sure with the McCarter brothers is one never knows where they will be racing from week to week, or what they will be racing for that matter. Mack and Pierce both jumped to the open wheel modified division at Volunteer Speedway. Mack led flag-to-flag to collect the win, Pierce finished 3rd.

April 28, 2012 - For the second week in a row, Mack and Pierce found themselves in the same race. 411 Motor Speedway was the site and both drivers were entered in the limited late model race. Pierce started second, but was involved in an accident that knocked him out of the race. Mack started 8th and avoided the trouble to finish 3rd.

April 21, 2012 - Pierce and Mack McCarter found themselves in the same race for the first time in a while as the brothers competed in the limited late model race at 411 Motor Speedway. Mack would start the race from the 4th starting spot and Pierce from the 7th starting spot. Pierce developed an issue and dropped out of the race early posting a 12th place finish. Mack was mixing it up with drivers up front and came away with a 5th place finish.

April 14, 2012 - Pierce McCarter paced a strong field of cars at 411 Motor Speedway and went on to the victory in the limited late model division. It was his first win of the season. Pierce grabbed the early lead, but was passed by Adam Beeler. Beeler pulled off the track in lap 16. Chase King passed Pierce for the lead, but dropped a driveshaft one lap later. After that, it was Pierce all the way in taking the win.

Mack McCarter finished 3rd in the NeSmith late model race at Smoky Mountain Speedway.
